A Hexagonal, tough, anti slip plywood, suitable for a wide range of applications. This phenolic birch plywood is easily worked, can be CNC machined, and with good chemical and weather resistance, Buffalo® Board is the ideal choice for commercial vehicle flooring.

It is most commonly used as flooring in trailers, trucks, vans or horse boxes, decking for narrow boats or planks for scaffold towers but has many other uses.

Phenolic WBP Exterior Birch Plywood with a Hexagonal slip-resistant wire mesh pattern. Suitable for use in lorry decks, access platforms, walkways, stages. grandstands and play equipment. Buffalo Board is manufactured in Europe from 1.4mm birch veneers. Bonded with a tough, thermosetting phenolic resin which conforms to EN314-2: Class 3 for bonding (equivalent to the old WBP) and also meets EN13986. The birch baseboard is overlaid with a 220g/m2 dark brown phenolic film with a (slip resistant) large Hexagonal pattern to the face and a smooth phenolic film reverse – with the Buffalo logo on it.

Our Hexa Anti-Slip Plywood is a panel constructed from hardwood veneers. The face is an imprinted hexagonal pattern with a smooth phenolic film reverse. All panels are edge sealed with waterproof paint that protects our plywood from external weather conditions.

Our resin treated phenolic films are applied using a hot press and protect our panels against adverse weather exposure, chemicals and mould.

We ensure our Hexa Film Faced Plywood is of high-quality multi-ply construction and have applied phenolic films that are extremely robust and suitable for applications that require high wear resistance.
