Nevamar Laminate
We stock over 40 different colors of Nevamar HPL in various sizes. We also have the ability to special order any color of Nevamar if we do not happen to stock the color you are looking for. Our laminate is shipped via UPS in heavy double corrugated cardboard boxes (up to 5 sheets per box). We can also ship via LTL Freight for larger orders. All stocked colors generally ship the same business day, and special ordering colors takes about a week (depending on availability). Please see the individual item pages for details.

Laminated Panels
Royal Plywood is a Custom Laminator who is a distributor of Formica HPL. We laminate all other major brands of laminate Including Arborite, ATI Numetals, Laminart, Nevamar, Pionite, and Wilsonart. Other decorative HPL lines are available to us, as well. We offer a full array of 10 mil paper backed and wood backed veneers.We provide the widest variety of substrates in California. Our substrate offering includes Apex, Particleboard, MDF and plywood core. Our specialty cores consist of moisture resistant, fire-rated, NAUF and FSC®. Everything that we laminate is compliant. We only use on-grade product.

Our lamination line has many FSC® options. Ask us about our FSC® certified products.

Our two brand new Black Brothers press lines includes state-of-the-art technology that allows us to produce the highest quality panels. Between northern and southern California we have five 5x12 presses and one 4x8 press that allow us to laminate panels from 30" to 61" wide and up to 145" long.

We are one of the few Laminators who utilize a panel cleaner to remove dust and foreign debris from the substrate before the glue-line is applied. Kitchen Pionite Laminate
Historically, consumers might have considered laminate “low-end,” not only in terms of price, but for look as well. But over the years, laminate has improved dramatically in finishes and durability, and can create a high-end kitchen design.

Pionite is a versatile plastic laminate made up of layers of treated paper that forms a extremely hard-wearing and impact resistant surface. With more than 230 colors, wood grains, stone and abstract designs, this laminate, is an ideal surface for kitchen countertops, tables and cabinets.
